Fabrications and Specials
Flashings and trims are available in pre or post-coated metals to meet individual project requirements. They are manufactured in a range of materials and finishes including aluminium, stainless steel, Colorcoat HPS200 Ultra® and Colorcoat Prisma®, Plastisol and PVDF coated steel. Flashings can also be made from customer free-issue materials, subject to production capabilities.
To avoid aesthetic problems as the building ages, we recommend that flashings should be made from the same material as the profiled sheets, due to the superior colour and gloss retention achieved using Colorcoat HPS200 Ultra® and Colorcoat Prisma® material.
Sizes, girths and flat areas vary according to materials used.
Internal and external profiled and insulated panel mitred corners are manufactured to suit the specific requirements of all projects, with innovative production methods ensuring crisp, clean, finishing touches.
Louvres are manufactured to suit individual project needs, from a comprehensive range of materials. They are available in a choice of shapes including square, circular and triangular. The “continuous blade” and “continuous bank” options allow specifiers to use several louvres together to form an apparently seamless continuous run.
CA Building Product’s Louvres are front face fixed as standard but can also be manufactured as secret fix or extruded clip system. Blades can be fixed or adjustable and are handle or pulley operated.
Louvres can be supplied in a range of materials and finishes including stainless steel, aluminium, Colorcoat HPS200 Ultra® or Colorcoat Prisma®, Plastisol and PVDF coated steel.
Free area calculations are available on request from CA Group Technical Department, taking into account both bird mesh or insect mesh.
The Raby Coping system has been developed by CA Building Products to add to the finish of the roofing and cladding systems, its components offer an innovative engineered solution.
Produced from carefully selected materials that have been rigorously tested and proven by our special products design team, this system ensures that the building’s designer and specifers original vision of smooth, uninterrupted lines can become a reality.
An ingenious secret-fix structural bracket removes the need for visible fastener heads associated with many capping systems, whilst at the same time allowing correct alignment to accommodate substrate tolerances during installation.
Quick and easy to install, the Raby Coping system does not rely on mastic for weatherproofing and can be installed from within the roofline of the building without the need for specialist safety measures or planning.
A full range of accessories complement the secret-fix Raby Coping system, allowing complete design freedom, these include:
- 90° T sections
- Internal corners
- Standard cappings
- Curved cappings
- Corner brackets
- Standard brackets
